Services

Prime Enterprises specializes in providing construction and architectural design services including, but not limited to, facade glass glazing, aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding work, aluminium sliding window work, spider fitting glass work, glass and aluminium partition work, and wall gypsum (POP) work.

Use of Services

Eligibility: Services are available to individuals or entities capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract. Our team will guide you through the consultation, design, and implementation process based on your project’s requirements.

Payment and Fees

Fees for our services will be quoted after the initial consultation and assessment of the project scope. A detailed proposal will be provided to the client for approval before any work begins. Payment terms, including any required deposits, milestones, and final payments, will be outlined in the proposal.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials produced by Prime Enterprises during the provision of services remain the intellectual property of Prime Enterprises until paid in full by the client. Upon full payment, the client will have the license to use the final product for the purpose it was created for.

Warranties and Guarantees

Prime Enterprises guarantees the quality of workmanship and materials used in our projects as specified in the proposal. Specific warranties related to certain services or materials will be outlined in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Prime Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind that may result from the use of our services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Prime Enterprises shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration Association.

Amendments

Prime Enterprises reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
